Light in the Darkness Oracle

Sometimes it is only when we move through the darkness that we discover how much light we actually carry within us.

"Light in the Darkness Oracle" is one of those Oracle Card sets that immediately captivated me.

They are beautiful in that way that makes you want to keep looking and observing what they are telling you – rather than rushing to grab the guidebook to read what the creator of the cards has channeled in words.

There is something mysterious, sensual, and almost magical about them, yet at the same time, they don't feel distant or inaccessible.

And then there are the messages.

For me, they stand out from many other Oracle Cards because they dare to go a little deeper. They are not just about thinking positively or finding a quick answer. They also invite you to confront what is difficult, what you carry, what you might need to let go of – and discover the wisdom, strength, and magic that can be hidden there.

You know Light in the Darkness is a match for you if:

• You are drawn to Oracle Cards with depth, mystery, and beautiful, symbolic images that continue to reveal themselves to you.

• You want to use the cards for more than daily inspiration – and also wish to explore shadows, transformation, self-worth, and those aspects of yourself you might not always want to look at.

• You long for a card deck that can be with you both on bright days and on days when you need to find your own light again.

How to use the cards in your cacao moments

When the pace has slowed down, and you no longer have anything to rush for, you can let the cards be an invitation to listen a little deeper.

You can draw one card and ask:

What do I need to see right now?

What is my intuition trying to tell me?

What am I ready to let go of?

Where is my light in what I am currently experiencing?

Or you can leave the question completely open.

Look at the card. Feel it. Read the message. And notice what happens within you.

Perhaps a word strikes something you already know. The image might evoke a sensation that stirs an emotion.

You might be surprised by how accurately a card can put into words something you yourself have found difficult to articulate.

You can also use the card as a starting point for journaling or let it accompany you throughout your cacao session.

Always go with what comes to you.

There is no one right way to use Oracle Cards. The most important thing is the connection you create with them yourself.

About the creator

"Light in the Darkness Oracle" is created by Serene Conneeley, an Australian author, witch, and healer with a special fascination for history, rituals, and myths and magic from ancient cultures. She has written a number of books on witchcraft, history, personal transformation, and spiritual topics, among others.

The captivating illustrations are created by Cecilia G.F., who has a background in art history and uses her knowledge of symbolism and art theory to give her illustrations multiple layers and meanings.

And perhaps it is precisely the meeting between Serene Conneeley's words and Cecilia G.F.'s images that makes this set so special.

It doesn't feel like cards you just quickly draw and put away.

It feels like a universe you can explore.

And I hope you will enjoy them as much as I do 🤎
